Passionate about writing, earth conservation, and music, she is a Grammy-nominated classical harpist with a love for kids and the desire to share both the power of knowledge and the inspiration for change. She is on the faculties of Oberlin College and the Cleveland Institute of Music. She lives with her husband and daughter in Cleveland, Ohio.
JOAN BRUSH is a fashion designer and illustrator with a background in Children’s Literature and Design. She received her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and launched a successful career as a sportswear designer shortly thereafter. An avid rower, she makes her home near the water in Providence, Rhode Island.
This book is extremely great for those interested in exploring historical performance on natural trumpet. The author's writing style is relaxed -- like having coffee with a friend in many sections -- yet still professional and well done.
One feature I particularly liked was her explanation of how to profit from each type of "casting" described. You have everything you need and all you have to do is learn it. And on that count, this book doesn't disappoint.

Chapter 2 is a definite must-read. Not only is it his career, but his three brothers play professionally, his dad is a manager, and with friends and social activities, there's literally nothing meaningful in Camden's life that isn't associated with football. There were some good things said in these chapters along with exercises to see if you needed help in these areas (i.e. I think of Italy and I think of bright sunshine, blue skies and bright colors.
