I bought everything they've produced and highly recommend them all to qi gong enthusiasts. Its chapters are organized in the same fashion as the film, and the format of each chapter is basically an alternative way the film could have been produced. Offers an empathetic, brilliantly simple approach to managing the meltdowns common to autistic individuals. While good literature may have depressing subject matter, it didn't rise to that level. This book is good for a review, or if you're getting certified for the first time.
However, the American Red Cross (ARC) is just about to introduce new material which will probably result in a new edition of the Lifeguarding Book around Fall or at least by 2012. I think if I was over 200 years old I'd be smart enough to see that coming. Overall interesting..
