getting back to basics is what i needed as i have not engaged in basket weaving for many years. Buy this book, and learn of someone who worked within the system and accomplished more than could ever be expected. Overall, it is a great read with beautiful photographs of beautiful rooms.. The essays are well-written and give us a glimpse of the life of Xu Beihong, and of course the artwork portrayed in the book is truly magical. suggestion and patterns got me off on the right foot and i have completely a few baskets and given them as gifts to friends. Many picture titles in the ebook, but no pictures :(. The Wounded Lion is my favorite. Gambrel has a nice voice and he is successful at connecting his personal experience and history with his design. Another great diary from this extremely reliable source.. There are supposed to be more than 50 pictures in this book.The text clearly indicates this. The few other books that he wrote cover this much better, and from his perspective. It is an
