Chapters 11-13 are a nice read though. I learned plenty reading the book. I don't know if it's because I downloaded to my phone or if there's a glitch but there are no illustrations included with the text so only an experienced weaver would be able to really follow the instructions.
No pictures at all so there's no way to know what a basket looks like before starting to weave it.
This is a legitimate book that was published in 1916 so has value but it is rather funny to read the opening introduction and the author's views on the world and basketry in the world. There seems to less little filler in this novel this time around. Thus the major reason for buying this book is to cut to the chase on the body of knowledge required to earn a private pilot license because the FAA downloads though well written, cover everything from powered parachutes to jumbo jets.
