The author has done well to bring libertarian views into the mainstream. I was only somewhat impressed with the book. When the body of an elderly woman is discovered in the woods outside the idyllic hamlet of Three Pines, the first assumption is that this is the result of a tragic hunting accident. As I said, just a little too pat.
Considering the depth that went into the first two installments, this one seemed a bit sketchy. Very well written and a pleasure to read.. This book is not just for someone looking to lose weight; it's for anyone looking to transform their life. Gee, I hope this book gets made into a film. I recommend this book to anyone as a guide what not to do.. But the list also includes aluminum, cadmium and other metals that we do not normally consider toxic.
So - what's the big deal? First, heavy metals in our systems are like "Hotel California" they check in ok but don't check out. This book is extremely easy to read. Nice book of the trails and insig
