This book is so great because EVERYTHING IS ILLUSTRATED!!!! Hahaha. Kiran must make very tough decisions to help her family. Some people just don't know how to do this! The book basically tells you that if you don't experience pleasure in everything you do, then you will never experience weight loss. I find that the Mazas etudes are accessible and pleasing, yet at the same time challenging, and I work on a Mazas study daily. I went to a hotel and the book was way better than the hotel.. Many of these we either eat or cook with daily and we never knew we were eating super foods! They say that anti-oxidants can help prevent cancer so that sounds like a very good thing to me. She is written with a great deal of vitality and her energetic and fast-paced narrative just grabs the reader as the book hurtles along. The clothing here is mostly khakis and untucked oxford shirts there are a few examples of sprezzatura mixed in, but not enough. I was most impressed with the fact that each problem
